FAQ's
In order to change the product in your subscription you may change it on your customer portal by going to your account page on your account, your subscriptions will be showing and you can manage and edit them from there.
When you cannot attend to your order on your customer portal you can reschedule the date to receive the next order.
If you have multiple brownies you can remove the product via the customer portal / my account and then add the new pie. This also applies if you have just one brownie subscription and want to add another.
If you only have 1 brownie subscription and want to change it to a different brownie, add the new brownie subscription FIRST, then remove or cancel the brownie subscription you no longer want from the customer portal / my account section.
To cancel your subscription you may do so in the customer portal widget by going into your account's page and then clicking on manage subscription and then click the cancel subscription button.
