Gower Cwtch x 2
This pie is filled with tender, juicy pieces of beef, slow-cooked with leeks and seasoned with just the right amount of horseradish sauce to give the gravy a warm, flavoursome finish.
Lamb Of My Fathers x2
A new and exciting pie with flavours of slow cooked lamb combined with the earthy sweetness of root vegetables and leeks. "Cawl" a traditional Welsh stew that has been made and enjoyed by the people of Wales for centuries.
Cowing Lush x2
This pie is filled with juicy and tender minced beef, slow-cooked in a delicious gravy and seasoned with just the right amount of onions. The result is a warm and comforting meal that is perfect for any occasion.
We send all orders via a DPD Tracked Next Working Day service, with a 1 hour-time slot supplied by DPD on the day.
- On orders up to £15, delivery is £3.95.
- On orders between £15 and £40, delivery is £5.95.
- For all orders £40 and over delivery is FREE.
If an order is placed before 1pm Monday - Friday, we dispatch it the same day. If an order is placed after 1pm, it will be sent the next day. Any orders placed after 1pm on Thursday are dispatched the following Monday for Tuesday delivery.
You are able to select a designated delivery date on all product pages, with options of Tuesday - Friday. Based on the date selected, the order will be dispatched the day before and you will receive a confirmation email.

Wilfreds Pies FAQs
Our pies are made using high-quality British ingredients selected for their exceptional taste and freshness. Each recipe is carefully crafted to ensure a gourmet experience with every bite.
We offer various options to accommodate dietary needs, including vegetarian and plant-based options. These products are clearly labelled. For specific inquiries, please contact us.
Must be stored in a refrigerator.
Our pies are best enjoyed when heated in an oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 25 minutes. For specific heating instructions, refer to the packaging or contact us for guidance.
These guidelines are based on a 4ltr air fryer and per individual pie (300g aprox).
To Cook from Chilled:
1. Pre-heat Air Fryer at 160°C.
2. Remove all packaging, including foil
3. Place pie in the basket, do not overcrowd the basket.
4. Air Fry 160°C for 30 Mins.
5. Check product is piping hot before serving.
6. Do not Reheat.

Pie Makers Since 1936
The origins of our bakery date back to 1936 when Wilfred Charles Lewis, a local of Swansea & Gower, decided to start making pies for the community.
Wilfred Charles started his small bakery in a single room in Fleet Street, Sandfields. He made his pies in solid metal tins and cooled them on the pavement outside. Wilfred perfected his craft, and soon enough he gained a reputation for his delectable pies.
Today and since 2013 it’s the third generation of the Lewis family, Wilfred James Lewis, that continues to guide the business.
