Introducing ‘the impeckable four’, a mixed box of our delectable chicken based pies! Enjoy a combination of two of our best selling pies. The ‘tipsy chicken’ is a decadent pie made with succulent chicken, cooked in a rich and flavourful cider sauce. The pie is then finished with a crisp, golden brown pastry top. The ‘cordon bleu’ pie, on the other hand, is a sophisticated twist on a classic chicken dish. It features tender chicken breasts, with smoke flavoured turkey bacon and melted cheese, all in a creamy white sauce. Both pies are made with our signature pastry, which is then hand-crafted to perfection.

Pie Makers Since 1936
The origins of our bakery date back to 1936 when Wilfred Charles Lewis, a local of Swansea & Gower, decided to start making pies for the community.
Wilfred Charles started his small bakery in a single room in Fleet Street, Sandfields. He made his pies in solid metal tins and cooled them on the pavement outside. Wilfred perfected his craft, and soon enough he gained a reputation for his delectable pies.
Today and since 2013 it’s the third generation of the Lewis family, Wilfred James Lewis, that continues to guide the business.
